Charuni's background is a rich tapestry of experience in the corporate, not for profit and the education sector. Following 15 years as a strategic marketing specialist, working with some of Australia’s leading brands and high-profile campaigns, she spent 5 years immersed in the education sector - policy and practice,  nationally and in the ACT working with all levels of Government, school authorities, sectors, teachers, and parents.

Since 2015, Charuni has been the founder of edii - designing programs, places and spaces where young people explore their passion, develop their entrepreneurial mindset and gain real-world skills and capability.  edii also works with great clients keen to help young people succeed. Charuni is passionate and intentional about young people and edii's clients creating value in the world.

Andrew is a Clinical Psychologist, family therapist, author, speaker and creator of 'My Learning Strengths'. Andrew’s talks and keynotes on brains, learning and resilience are enjoyed by over 200,000 people annually in over 600 communities in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Andrew has established programs for neuroscience and education,  the promotion of mental health in schools, substance abuse prevention, reduction of violence & bullying, and suicide prevention programs. His experience with over 500,000 young people inspired him to identify the concept of The Resilience Mindset, as well as the 3 main components of resilience: Connect, Protect, and Respect (CPR).

 Andrew is the author of many books including ‘Unlocking your child’s genius’, ‘Tricky kids’ and ‘Your best life at any age’ - packed with practical insights and actionable strategies. His latest creation, 'My Learning Strengths' is a tool that offers important insights on a student’s learning strengths and how to support their learning, whether it be interaction, engagement and/or neuro differentiating teaching and learning.

A drama teacher and  pedagogy leader Carl’s passion is the process of learning.Leaping into business and strategic transformation Carl has spent the last 5 years working with business to improve outcomes for customers. Designing frameworks driven by the right question.Carl is driven by finding and connecting the right people to the resources they need to create meaningful change, now.

Robert began his career as a teacher of mathematics in Perth before holding a range of positions within and beyond schools in Western Australia. Since completing his position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA), he has worked with a range of organisations that are focused on improving educational outcomes for young people.Through a range of state and national roles, Robert has been involved in a variety of activities ranging from program design through to implementation and has significant experience and success in curriculum, assessment and reporting projects.

Jacqui Van de Velde

Jacqui has more than 30 years experience in education, wellbeing and mental health, in both a professional and volunteer capacity. She has experience across a variety of educational and cultural contexts, in Australia, New Zealand, the EU, Singapore and North America. Jacqui is a passionate advocate for parent engagement in education, teaching standards, improved educational outcomes for K-12, professional learning networks and continuing education in the workplace, wellbeing, veteran health and advocacy.
