Now you have your registration, the teaching and learning material and contacts all sorted out. Your teaching spaces are ready and you are feeling more than a little confident that you will make this work. Keeping an eye on wellbeing and actively promoting it might seem like a natural outcome of your homeschooling adventure. However some of us need a little bit of extra help, direction and coaching. Using principles from positive psychology and the solution focused approach, you can set yourself up for success and joy, even when working through some stressful times with your children as you find your way and rhythm in your new expanded role. Some extra professional development never goes astray.
